Chanel Frenzy

What I am wearing on my nails today??
Its none other than one of Chanels new offerings for the Autumn - Frenzy.
This shade really compliments my Nars Ramatuelle eyeshadow which Im totally in love with. I would describe Frenzy as a nude/putty colour, it has a nice consistency which is easy to paint with and quick to dry, I was in a hurry so this is only two coats but if you wanted it to look more opaque I would go for three.

Chanel Frenzy can be purchased from the Garden Pharmacy for £18.00

Chanel May

Well its the morning after the night before and I desperately needed to do something to cheer myself up !! Hangover Blues!! Note to self - Must stop drinking wine !!!
Anyway Ive had a long hot soak in the bath with copius amounts of my Neom Happiness bath oil chucked in for good measure and Ive given myself a good scrub with my favourite Soap and Glory Flake Away body scrub. Ive been reviving my hair with my John Frieda Full Repair Mask and Ive been painting my nails with the most gorgeous pink nail polish EVER !!!
Say hello to Chanel May.....
Yes, yes I know its August but this polish has always cheered me up whenever I have worn it. I just think its the prettiest pink - so girly and pretty.

What nail polish colour cheers you up the most?

Lipstick Fridays Chanel Coco Rouge Plumetis

Hey everyone
Its Friday - thank god ha ha x

Today Im wearing Chanel Rouge Coco in Plumetis. I find this to be a rather strange lipstick - in the tube when I look at it, it looks like a pinky beige colour with irridescent flecks however when applied it looks like a soft, pinky, plum with peachy undertones to it in certain lights ?! Strange !!! This lipstick applies as a semi sheer.  I really would say that this is one which will look different on different skin tones so I would definitely be heading to your local Chanel counter to try before you buy.  Rouge Coco is described as a hydrating lipstick however I didnt really find that, after a while it made my lips feel a bit dry and sticky. It also doesnt feel entirely smooth - I think this could be due to the tiny irredescent flecks. To be honest I love the colour but am not completely impressed with the wear of it - On my lips this only lasted an hour and a half.

What do you guys think ?
Have any of you tried this lippy?

Chanel Holiday

Hi everyone

Well suffice to say its been a difficult week so far but instead of boring you with my troubles I thought I would try and conjure up some happy thoughts by wearing my new Chanel Holiday nail polish.

This is a gorgeous orangey/red polish which would look amazing with a tan or on olive toned complexions although I think I can just about pull it off with my fairer skin. This definitely makes me feel a little happier every time I look at it. This is two coats with a splash of Seche Vite topcoat - the polish is quick to dry and applies smoothly with no streaks, which I find can usually be a problem with the smaller, thinner brushes some brands have - Just keep your application nice and light with gentle strokes to achieve that picture perfect finish.

Happy days.

Lipstick Fridays Chanel Chance Rouge Coco Shine

Todays lipstick is the gorgeous Chanel Chance.
I love the packaging and its fab to be able to afford a little bit of Chanel.
These lipsticks are amazing - I love how they apply and the look that you achieve with them.
Chance is another my-lips-but-better shade which would suit most skin tones, but it certainly looks alot more pink Chanel Boy. This is a glossy, baby pink with cool under tones.
To sum up in just one word .....
Gorgeous !!

I purchased mine from The Garden Pharmacy for £24.

Lipstick Fridays Chanel Boy Rouge Coco Shine

Today I have been wearing the gorgeous, subtle, glossy Chanel Boy. This is such a wearable pink and has a very shiney my-lips-but-better look to it. I cannot say enough good things about this lipstick - the formula is fantastic, it feels lovely and moisturising on your lips and it really is a joy to wear. This is a semi-sheer lipstick which is a very pale beigey/pink and has small flecks of micro-shimmer in it which I think I have just about captured in my pictures.

I purchased this from The Garden Pharmacy for £24 - has anyone else tried this?
